Authorised Representatives or Advocates

You may choose to appoint someone to act on your behalf when dealing with us. This person is called your Authorised Representative or Advocate.

Authorised Representative

An Authorised Representative has the same authority as you in all dealings with us. They can:

  • Access your account information.
  • Make changes to your services.
  • Lodge complaints and request resolutions.
  • Authorise new services or cancel existing ones.

Important: You remain responsible for all actions taken by your Authorised Representative.

How to Appoint

To appoint either an Authorised Representative or Advocate:

  • Complete the form (download form).
  • Sign and date the form.
  • Submit it to us by email.

Your appointment stays valid until you revoke it in writing.

Revoking or Changing an Appointment

You may revoke or change your Authorised Representative or Advocate at any time by notifying us in writing.
